Prepare for your service

Before Treatment

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye cream.
Remove contact lenses before your treatment (you can bring a case to store them).
Avoid caffeine beforehand if possible — it can make your eyes flutter during the service
If you’ve had recent eye irritation, allergies, or infections, please reschedule your appointment once fully healed.

After Treatment

First 24-48 Hours

Do not get your lashes wet. Avoid steam, swimming, saunas, and sweating.
Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes. Keep your hands away from your lashes.
Skip all eye makeup, especially mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow.
No oils or creams near your eye area.
Do not use a lash curler. Your lashes are already set in their new shape.

After 48 Hours

You may resume your regular skincare and makeup routine.
Use an oil-free mascara if desired.
Apply a lash conditioner or nourishing serum daily to keep your lashes healthy and hydrated.
Brush your lashes gently with a clean spoolie each morning to keep them neat.
